NO SURPRISES ACT/GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Good Faith Estimate Notice

New Pathways Counseling

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care may cost.

Your Right to an Estimate

If you are not using insurance or are choosing to pay out-of-pocket, you are entitled to receive an estimate of the expected cost of services.

This estimate will include:

  • The cost of sessions

  • The expected frequency of services

  • Any additional related costs (if applicable)

When You Will Receive It

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment. A more detailed estimate will also be provided during the intake process.
