If you are curious about working with me, please click the “Let’s Connect” button and complete the New Client Interest Form. This form will help tell me a bit about what you are looking for and how we might work together. After completion of this survey I will reach out and discuss our next steps typically within 3 business days.

When we meet for your first appointment, you’ll check in at the front desk and I’ll come out to greet you in the lobby with a warm welcome. My main focus will be your comfortability and to make sure you are informed of the whole process. We’ll head to my office (with warm lighting, some plants, and plenty of fidgets) and I’ll spend some time getting to know you. We’ll go over any current concerns, relevant mental health history, and other symptoms you may be experiencing that you feel are important for me to know. We’ll also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and begin exploring what progress may look like for you. We’ll create a plan together that sounds good to you, chat about how often we can meet, and plan our next steps. If you have any worries or questions about our first meeting, please let me know.

In addition to being in network with many insurance plans, I accept the following billing/payment methods:
Providing a Superbill so you can submit to your insurance's out-of-network benefits
HSA and FSA cards
Credit and debit cards

I can do both! I offer virtual therapy (aka: telehealth or teletherapy) via HIPAA-compliant video technology. Any device with a camera, microphone, compatible web browser, and Internet access can be used for our telehealth sessions. If you’d like to do telehealth therapy, or a mix of in person and telehealth, I will provide specific instructions on how this will work!
I offer therapy in person at my office: 530 N Riverfront Dr, Ste 130, Mankato, MN 56001.

I require a 24 hour notice of a cancellation to avoid any fees. Sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Sessions that are no-showed without communication will result in a $160 fee.
